Shipping & Returns

Shipping: zigzag.com only ships within the US. We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders over $30. For orders under that amount, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Returns: Rolling paper products and accessories may be returned at no cost within 30 days of delivery due to manufacturing defects or damages.  We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used. You must contact us within the 30 days for any missing or return items. After the 30 days we cannot guarantee reshipment or refund. Zig-Zag is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If you order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please contact us here to inquire about a return.
