Los Angeles based Nigerian-American singer, Ogi, is making waves through the music industry with the launch of her debut EP titled "Monologues."

Growing up in Wisconsin, Ogi's family's love for music influenced her direction early on.  She picked up several instruments along the way, playing Viola and singing in her high school jazz choir.  She further pushed her bounds at Northwestern University where she joined an acapella group and began producing her own demos in GarageBand. With a little help from social media, big names started to take notice of her covers.

Post graduation led Ogi to LA, where she began working in the studio with legendary producer, No I.D.  Ogi has been cultivating an expressive sound that's both timeless and new, all at once.

Zig-Zag Studio is honored to work with this rising star and feature her in the latest episode of Studio Sessions.  Introducing, "I Got It" by Ogi. She is joined by guitarist Jacob Galdes
