Thank you for visiting and shopping at zigzag.com! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders processed by 3PM EST are shipped same day. Orders processed after 3PM EST are shipped the following business day.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Restricted Shipping States 

Due to varying laws in different states, we are unable to accept or ship orders to any of the following states.

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Louisiana
  • Missouri
  • Rhode Island

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

ZigZag.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ZigZag.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

ZigZag.com is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Returns Policy

Rolling Papers & Accessories

Rolling paper products and accessories such as rolling trays and rollers may be returned within 30 days of delivery if there are manufacturing defects or damages caused by the delivery service.  We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used.

Apparel

Apparel may also be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery so long as the item is new and unused.  If you desire, you may exchange the item for another item of equal value.
