Raury: "Heatwave"

Atlanta-based singer, songwriter and rapper, Raury, is free-spirited musician known for his eclectic genre-mixing records, striking vocals, and rapping prowess. 

In high school, Raury played guitar in a cover band, but soon after let his musical ambitions take him to new heights. The same year he graduated, he threw a music festival dubbed Raurfest, released a mixtape (Indigo Child), and announced a major record deal with Columbia.

Raury's most recent project titled "Strawberry Moon" was released in 2022, and furthers his musical legacy by mixing electronic, folk, and rap genres.  Zig-Zag Studio had the honor of hosting Raury for an exclusive live solo performance in this new episode of Studio Sessions.
